Shipping or Curbside Pickup

Pickup Available at Studio
Any purchased item can be picked up at our studio showroom instead of shipping. Please email me at vincentpottery@gmail.com your preferred date and time for an appointment to pick up your items. We are available most days and evenings from 10am to 8pm. We will then confim your appointment.

Shipping Within Continental U.S.
We strive to pack and ship your item within 3-5 days after receipt of your payment when possible. During a scheduled sales event, wait times may be longer due to volume of shipments. Packing and shipping charges are based on a flat rate per item, and are shipped via ground carrier USPS, and includes insurance and a tracking number. If multiple items are purchased, we may be able to safely combine them together in a single shipping container. Contact us directly with any questions you may have.

Shipping to ALASKA or HAWAII
Shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii are higher. Contact us for the estimated cost to ship to your location for your final approval.

 International Shipping
Please contact us via email if you are interested in a purchase that would be shipped outside the U.S. We will research the charges and get back to you.
